An homage to Ray Charles and other R&B flavored Jazz artists, here is a first chart for a beginning jazz band. It is written in the key of Bb and introduces some basic chromatic notes. The 1st trumpet high note is Eb. "SideSteppin!" can be played with as few as 3 tpts, 1 tb, 2 alto, 1 tenor and rhythm. Augmented parts included: Flute, Clarinet, F-Horn, Vibes, Violin, Baritone, Tuba
