How do get permission to use a title at a music festival?
To receive permission a form write directly to Tom at PDF Band Music.  tom.tucker@pdfbandmusic.com

I purchased 5 titles, but only 3 showed up under my account.  What can I do?
Unfortunately, occasionally the webhost server experiences a 'hiccup' and purchases are not immediately added to a customer account.  This is very rare, but should it happen to you, contact Tom at tom.tucker@pdfbandmusic.com.  He will make things right ASAP!

I purchased a title for $23.95, but when I checked my bank statement the charge was $28.72.  Why did this happen?
All purchases from PDF Band Music are in US Dollars.  If you live in a country other than the USA, banks use the prevailing exchange rate for US Dollars to complete transactions.

Can I share music purchased from PDF Band Music with other schools?
Purchases from PDF Band Music automatically give you one license to copy score(s) and parts for your school only.  It is illegal to share the PDF files purchased from PDF Band Music.
 

How do I use a school purchase order?
Choose your music and add to cart.  At Checkout select the Purchase Order option.  In comment box enter your Name, School Name, School Address, School Phone Number.  Enter the PO number in the box at the bottom during the final checkout step.  PDF Band Music will contact your school to confirm the order and once this is done you can download your music.

What exactly is included in when I purchase music?
Included with every purchase is a PDF file which contains a score and all parts needed to perform the music.  Many titles also include optional parts for small bands such as keyboard and electric bass parts.
