Welcome to PDF Band Music's frequently asked question page where you will find answers to your question regarding middle school sheet music and high school concert band sheet music.

| Included with every purchase is a PDF file. This file contains a score and all parts needed to perform the music. Many titles also include optional parts for small bands such as keyboard and electric bass parts. You may print as many of the parts as needed. This will save many hours of bending over a copy machine. |
Our Prices
Prices at PDF Band Music for music titles are much lower than from major publishers simply because we do not have overhead costs of our competitors. We do not have the printing and advertising costs and, because we sell downloadable PDF files, we do not have to maintain facilities. We strive to keep our prices the lowest on the Internet.
All purchases from PDF Band Music are in US Dollars. If you live in a country other than the USA, banks use the prevailing exchange rate for US Dollars to complete transactions. The cost of a $26.00 from the pdfbandmusic website may vary from country to country depending on the daily exchange rate. For example, a 26USD purchase from Australia may cost 35AUD. Most customers have found that using PayPal is the easiest form of payment.
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are welcome at PDF Band Music. This is a fast and convenient method for music directors to receive our great music.
Purchase Orders from the United States:
Choose your music and add to the cart. At Checkout select the Purchase Order option. In comment box enter:
School Name
School Address
Name and email address of the school bookkeeper
PO Number
We will contact the bookkeeper and handle all paperwork. Once we verify the PO with the bookkeeper we will send you a download link to the order. This entire process can be completed in as little as 2 hours.
Purchase Orders from the outside the United States:
Choose your music and add to the cart. At Checkout select the Purchase Order option. In comment box enter:
School Name
School Address
Name and email address of the school bookkeeper
PO Number
We will contact the bookkeeper and handle all paperwork. Once we verify the PO with the bookkeeper we will send you a download link to the order.
Outside the United States orders must be paid using PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
Order Problem Solving
All purchases on PDF Band Music are downloadable PDF files. After making a purchase on the website orders are delivered in 2 ways. After purchase a download link is located on the order page and, in addition, an email is automatically sent which contains download link(s).
Occasionally due to a server 'hiccup' or an email error, the PDF purchase is lost or delayed. If you do not receive an email with download links check the spam folder. If the email is not in the spam folder contact: support@pdfbandmusic.com. Any problems are normally resolved quickly.
Order Exception: Sound Fundamentals Band Method books are not immediately downloaded because the file size is too large to be handled by most email servers. The Sound Fundamentals books are manually transferred to a Google Drive folder where users can download the individual books. You will be sent a link to this folder within 24 hours of purchase.
Using PDF Band Music at Festivals
When using scores at both Solo & Ensemble Festivals and Band Performance Festivals you will be required to prove ownership of the music.
Simply write a request to: support@pdfbandmusic.com. We will promptly send you the proper permission form(s).
New Composer Information
PDF Band Music was founded as a place where band composers have the opportunity to publish and sell compositions to a world-wide audience. We are aggressively seeking new and exciting music that will have broad appeal to school instrumental teachers.
General Information:
There are no fees attached to submitting music for publication on PDF Band Music.com
PDF Band Music will insure your compositions are professionally transcribed
PDF Band Music will create a computer generated preview audio file of each composition at no cost to the composer
What You need to Know:
- Not every composition will be accepted for publication on the PDF Band Music website. Each composition will be evaluated by the adjudication team at PDF Band Music. We will only offer our customers musical works of the highest standards
- Copyright and other Licensing Fees - The responsibility for the copyright of new music or music arrangements is the responsibility of the composer/arranger.
- We make money by collecting 30% of sales. We believe that if a composition is selected to be sold on the PDF Band Music website that we will all profit.
What's the catch? There is no catch. We are musicians offering other musicians an excellent product at great prices. It is that simple.
