Embark on a mystical journey to the mythical island nation Atlantis which is mentioned in Plato dialogues Timaeus and €š Critias.  A somber stunning opening sets the stage for the entire work before the fast pulsating dance-like section takes over. 
Atlantis will make a delightful concert program number and can be also used in the contest setting.  Although written for young bands, Atlantis is suitable for high school programs.
