| "Accolade" is a traditional grade 3 march in 6/8 which was commissioned by the Halstead High School Band, Halstead, Kansas, Ralph McKay director. It was written to commemorate the retirement of Orvin Kuhlmann who served as director of the Halstead High School Band from 1965 to 1987 and as principal of Halstead High School from 1987 to 1996. |
