From the opening cadenza in the Oboe (cued Alto Sax) to the exciting conclusion, Arabian Nights will engage students in a stirring musical adventure.  The Arabian scale is used extensively and all students will learn this unique sound at some point in the composition.  The strong rhythmic pulse provides a base for performing the more intricate rhythmic phrases giving the piece it's sparkle.  Ranges are modest allowing students to focus on rhythmic precision. Highly recommended!
