Commissioned by East Valley Middle School in Spokane, Washington, Summit Quest is an exciting new addition to the young band repertoire.  This imaginary tale of the exploits of a heroic mountaineer is portrayed by strong melodic lines which shift through the ensemble and exciting supporting counter melodies. The rhythms and ranges of Summit Quest are limited, making the work playable by developing beginning bands. This vivid work will totally engage your students and audience!
