March Jubiloso is a light-hearted original march written for young band by composer Lee Shook. Contrasting thematic material includes a lively first strain orchestrated for solo flute/picc. and whistling brass section. The Trio features the clarinet section and concludes with a rousing refrain complete with all the "bells and whistles" you'd expect to hear in a classic march. Melodies are written in comfortable ranges and all parts are very playable by 3rd year performers. This piece would make a good choice for festival or as an opener for your next concert! Students will enjoy rehearsing and performing March Jubiloso!
